In this interview, Warren Smith discusses the Morris Taxi Service (1945-1981). He discusses the goals of mass transit in Morris and the different mass transit systems offered in Morris compared to the old taxi services. He also talks about the funding needed to keep the transit system running and his views on the future of the system.
