Description
In 2005, the executive director of West Central Minnesota Communities Action, Inc. worked with the Center for Small towns to conduct a survey of recipients of vehicles purchased through the JumpStart program. The goal of the survey was to assess the impact of the program on the lives of its clients. The JumpStart program works to provide vehicles to low-income families who need a reliable vehicle but lack the disposable income for expensive car repairs or insurance.
