Abstract
This record series contains court exhibits, summary of oral arguments, letters, correspondence and other documents from the legal appeal of Som P. Agarwal vs. Regents of the University of Minnesota, et al. Dr. Agarwal was a professor of physics at UMM who protested his termination in 1978 by bringing a complaint before the University Senate Judicial Committee. Agarwal later filed a discrimination charge with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission while also filing a complaint in federal court. He then appealed following the denial of his claim. This record group is marked “RESTRICTED.”
