Abstract

A copy of the 1989 Saddle Club bylaws, attached to a letter asking the receiver to read the copies of the bylaws and constitution that were attached, as the officers planned on "try[ing] to iron out some problems that have come up this past quarter" at the next meeting, which would include possibly changing the constitution or bylaws.
