The FLARR Pages is the Journal of the Foreign Language Association of the Red River, an organization consisting of regional public school and private school faculty. FLARR Pages began publishing short papers in the Spring of 1995, papers derived generally from presentations at FLARR's Conferences, however some submissions are from other states and regions.
